Hi. I’m Felicity.
Picking up my first SLR at 13, I knew photography would always be a passion of mine. Life led me towards a career in children’s nursing, which I have been continuing for over 14 years now. My nursing has taken me across Australia working from Perth, Sydney and to Melbourne. Taking on an education role now as a Paediatric RN CPR and first aid trainer, seeing me educating multiple families a week on how to handle emergency situations.
I have two young children of my own, my desire to photograph and capture every moment of their lives, has lead me to pursue my passion: capturing the important milestones of family life. My Dad taught me photography from the age of 13, the only 1 of 5 kids showing any interest in his passion. I grew up with our family’s home walls decorated with photographs of our growing family. It use to stop friends and family in their tracks as they entered our home, it use to stop me to see how my parents and siblings had grown. My parents home is now empty, as we have all grown but my parents get to see us everyday and re live all those priceless family moments. My desire and true passion is to create that for other families, have their family journey proudly displayed on their home walls to admire on a daily basis.
Felicity recently received silver and bronze awards for her baby and child portraiture in the Rise International Newborn Awards 2019 and 2018
